Research Report

The results of research into the needs of people with vision impairments aged 35+ in relation to achieving computer literacy. This research explored the effects of gaining or lacking IT literacy, the opportunities and barriers faced and the needs of mainstream IT trainers in encouraging and supporting the participation of vision impaired people.

Previous Research

The results of the earlier EU HORIZON project, Employment Support Practices for Visually Impaired People (ESP), which developed a comprehensive survey of the employment support practices for visually impaired people in five EU countries and produced recommendations for good practice.
